Symposium - The artists' group
We love the ARTS in all its forms, which is why the whole Rivet team (Hélène and Serge) is delighted to be partnering this year as a sponsor of the Rosemère en ART SYMPOSIUM.
It’s going to be a colorful event (so to speak), featuring over 70 professional artists from all over Quebec!
Be there on May 31st and June 1st (2025) on the magnificent grounds of Sainte-Francoise-Cabrini Church, at 325 chemin de la Grande-Côte Rosemère!
The Torch Walk
We are proud to collaborate, year after year, with the CCITB (Rosemère division—AGAR) and take part in the Torch Walk for as long as the City of Rosemère has been running this winter event! We provide mulled wine, much to the delight of adults only! The little ones are also catered for, with hot chocolate, etc.
Free Coffee and Muffins to Celebrate the Start of the Holiday Season at the Rosemère Train Station
Every year, at the beginning of December, the entire team offers coffee and muffins at the Rosemère train station from 5:30 a.m. onwards, to wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season. This gesture brings a smile to the faces of early risers and a little human warmth against the December chill. Thank you for the great collaboration, year after year, with the Café de la Gare!
Pumpkings with l’AGAR (côté Cœur) CCITB
Year after year, the entire Hélène et Serge team is on hand with AGAR to distribute pumpkins at the Rosemère library. The children always turn out in droves, dressed as monsters, witches, little firemen and so on… A great event!
Honorary Co-Presidents of
the Petit Théâtre Du Nord
On June 22, 2022, we were at the premiere at Boisbriand’s brand-new Petit Théâtre du Nord. Serge and I, along with the lovely Pascale Montpetit, were honorary co-presidents, and we raised just over $21,000. The arts world needs our support. A fine troupe, full of energy, and we were proud to represent them.
2022 Food Drive
Since we started our real estate business, Serge and I have celebrated every 5 years! What do we celebrate? We celebrate our years in real estate with our customers, friends, families, colleagues and so on. In addition to celebrating, we pair the event with a cause, because we believe in giving back.
In 2022, we asked our guests to donate money and/or food to the Food Drive, and we can tell you that the harvest was good! We filled a city truck and raised over $525, which was donated to the cause.
A Nice Visit at the Office May 16, 2022
YVAN COURNOYER
A slice of life at the office! Someone got lost in our place of business (in the lobby)… When Serge realized it was none other than his childhood idol: Yvan Cournoyer, he ran after him in the street to ask him to come back! He told him, “After my dentist appointment, I went to the wrong address!” Believe it or not, he came back, and there you had it, a completely satisfied partner! He was moved! He showed him that he had a photo of him on his wall, from 1972 (50 years old this year)! He signed his Habs bench from the late Montreal Forum! There are always happy coincidences in life.
CCITB 2019 STELLAR Gala
For the Fondation Drapeau et Deschambault
Serge sits on the Foundation’s Board of Directors. The Foundation is very close to his heart, as his mother and grandmother lived at the Centre Hébergement Hubert-Maisonneuve in Rosemère for the rest of their lives.
Over the years, a number of activities have been organized around this Foundation: spaghetti suppers, the Mayors’ Golf Tournament, and climbs of Mont Ventoux and Everest Base Camp are just a few examples.
Ascension du Mont Ventoux pour la Fondation Drapeau et Deschambault
Ascent of Mont Ventoux at the end of August 2019. A mythical place for all cycling enthusiasts, but especially for PROS! A dream for all these enthusiasts! A group of local cyclists, including Serge, decided to take up this challenge and raise funds for the Fondation Drapeau-Deschambault. The challenge was met with flying colours! One more achievement for Serge on his “to do” list, and always for a cause! Give back.
Always Higher for a Cause!
For Multiple Sclerosis - 3
Serge had a dream, still on his “to do list”, of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. He was lucky enough to climb it for the multiple sclerosis cause, a cause close to his heart since a friend’s wife has the disease!
He then climbed the Acontago and the Everest base camp, all for the same cause!

Citoyen à l’honneur 2019
I signed the guestbook of MY CITY: Rosemère! On March 17, 2019, I was chosen as CITOYEN À L’HONNEUR. Thank you to Rosemère for this wonderful recognition. After reading about my journey, we can see that we’ve done and achieved a lot, and giving back is part of my genes, but above all, I am very proud of Serge and I’s next generation: our daughters!
February 2018 Personality of the Month

I had the great pleasure and honour of being named Personality of the Month by the CCITB (Chamber of Commerce) for the month of February 2018. A fine tribute as a businesswoman who, over the years and through a range of the most active businesses, has organized, carried out and contributed to many charitable and community causes. I’m very proud of this, but above all, nothing could have been done, near or far, without the help of ALL my team.
